 Home Philosophy & Values

Our motto at Meadow Park is "Quality Care for Quality People" and we believe that Quality Care starts with Quality People! We are blessed with a abundance of community support of families and volunteers in Chatham-Kent, working together to enrich lives. We value every individual and openly welcome them into our family and our home. The friendship of those we serve is the foundation of our success!

Volunteer - Make a Difference at Meadow Park

Are you thinking about volunteering your time at a long term care home? Nothing compares to the feeling of making a difference in someone's life. As a volunteer, you can assist with programs, visit with residents, find common interests and overall, spend your time and learn from our residents. If you're interested in volunteering at Meadow Park, please contact Lydia Swant, Volunteer Services Coordinator.

As you will be working with a vulnerable population - we ask that contact the Chatham-Kent Public Health Department for an up-to-date TB Test and more information.

  • Volunteers 18 years and older must supply a police check under "VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECK"
  • Volunteers 14-18 years old are asked to provide a police information check.
