Join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst!

Full-Time Permanent Opportunity

 

The Financial Analyst is responsible and accountable of advising the accounting clerks on accounting matters, coordinating accounting matters and ensuring that monthly financial management reporting is conducted and communicated on a timely basis. This position provides continuity and accountability of financial reporting to the Analytics unit.

 

The following traits and qualifications are required:

  • Minimum Diploma in accounting, finance, or related field; or equivalent CGA/CMA required
  • 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • General understanding of computerized accounting systems
  • Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
