Permanent Full-Time  Position Available

As a Breakfast Cook you are an integral part of our service team, enriching the lives of our residents through the accurate and efficient preparation and production of varied food items to exacting quality standards, while maintaining cleanliness of the dietary areas and equipment in accordance with specific standards and regulations.   

The following traits and qualifications are required:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both wirtten and verbally, in the English language
  • Dependable, responsible and an ability to work well with others in a team environment and independently. 
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude necessary to meet the goals and standards of the community.
  • Capable of working in fast-paced environment
  • Experience in food prepariton in restaurant or similar food operation
  • Experience in facilitites kitchen an asset
  • Post-Secondary education in a hospitality/culinary program an asset
  • A valid Safe Food Handler's Certificate from local Public Health, or equivalent food handling training program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current CPR, First Aid and WHMIS training an asset
