Courtney completed her Human Resources Management program through McMaster University and brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as the Director of Human Resources.

Since joining the organization in 2021, she's steadily risen through the ranks, starting as a Human Resources Business Partner and then taking on the responsibilities of Human Resources Manager before stepping into her current position.

She has been a member of the OLTCA Human Resources Reference Group since 2023.

Courtney thrives on challenges and approaches her work with contagious energy. She is dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive work environment where every employee feels valued and empowered.

A lifelong resident of the Midland area, Courtney is a proud wife and "dance mom" to three amazing girls. When she is not cheering on her daughters at competitions, you can find her enjoying the outdoors -- whether she is on a paddleboard, bike, or snowboard.
