Anually, Meadow Park Chatham acknowledges volunteers for three very noteworthy volunteer award ceremonies. Our Volunteers are awarded for their years of service in the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship & Immigration Service Awards recognizing 5 years or more of volunteer service. Secondly, we acknowlege volunteers for the Ontario Long Term Care Association's "Circle of Excellence" which recognizes a volunteer(s) for the outstanding work they do in a long term care setting. Finally, Volunteers come together in June to be celebrated by the Chatham-Kent Municipality for the CK Senior Acheivement Awards - recognizing individuals in our community for exceptional volunteer service.

At Meadow Park Chatham we are very proud of these individuals and all of our caring and compassionate volunteers. Congratulations to our 2017 recipients!
