Try us out!
As well as the many amenities detailed above, Roberta Place does provide rooms designated for the community to utilize when wanting a temporary stay for their loved one. Many people have used this 'short stay' service as a convenient alternative to providing care when a loved one is in need of care for an extended (however, not permanent) period of time. It provides a chance for caregivers to obtain a break from the often rigorous and trying environment of caring for a loved family member while granting peace of mind as they are assured to receive 24-hour care. Often, these cases lead to repeat use after having such a positive experience
From the moment we opened our doors, in August 2001, our commitment has been to provide quality care while striving to effectively make a positive difference in the lives of everyone we touch.
At Roberta Place, our passion for providing the highest level of care is reflected by the core values practiced within the facility:
* We respect one another as individuals * We empower our staff to provide an optimum quality of life for others * We work with integrity, to reinforce unwavering ideals and standards * Continual improvement will be achieved with the sharing of knowledge and life experiences
