Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Director of Resident Care, the Staff Educator is responsible and accountable for the nursing care and overall operation of our home, you will be an integral part of our management team, involved with the planning, development and implementarion of health education programs in ensuring the provision of optimum care to promote the well being of ech individual resident.
Qualifications: The Successful applicant:
Should have postgraduate education and/or experience in adult education
Must possess 2 years experience in Long Term Care (Gerontology)
Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education
Must be computer literate
Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
