To develop and monitor marketing and communication strategies to assist homes to accomplish marketing, sales and communication goals and objectives.

Bachelor's degree or college diploma in business, or related field, or an appropriate combination of education and practical marketing and communication experience

Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or communication and an additional 2 years experience managing sales force

Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies
-
Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques

Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills

Must possess good communication skills

Must be well organized, capable of managing multiple priorities

The ability to work as part of a team

Must be in excellent physical and mental health

Possess a current drivers license and willing to travel

Manage the efforts and activities of Communication teams to ensure they are in alignment with revenue goals and objectives

Assist with recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and work allocation Resident and Family Service representatives

Analyze the effectiveness of marketing/communication programs, recommend and implement changes based on findings

Ability to examine and re-engineer Communication, form new policies, develop and implement new strategies

Create and edit marketing/Communication materials and presentations

Develop strategic marketing and communication strategy in conjunction with homes and monitor its effectiveness

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Participate in a process to obtain regular feedback from our referral sources

Monitor records and reports including; marketing reports, Communication target reports, marketing statistics, secret shopping results

Provide input from Communication including growth, competitive analysis, market trends and business environment to develop strategic plans for Communication

Assist in annual budget preparation related to Communication targets

Create training and development plans for long term care representatives

Conduct regular analysis on pricing effectiveness of unfunded home services

Must actively participate in ongoing education opportunities

Responsible for keeping abreast of current trends related to the Health System and Communication that may impact Long Term Care health care services

Develop and review opportunities for future growth and development

Conduct on site evaluations of representatives effectiveness and success of strategy implementation related to marketing, sales and communication
